I am a licensed psychotherapist working in private practice for the past twenty-three years. I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families who are seeking healthier relationships with themselves and others, greater self-awareness or mindfulness, and a greater degree of self-mastery.

I use mind-body psychotherapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, guided meditation, and EMDR. These methods, in recent years, have become scientifically proven to work directly with the healing of trauma, depression, anxiety, and chronically ‘dysfunctional’ behavior. I have seen many clients lives transformed by these practices.

There is a saying in the recovery community: Pain is necessary, suffering is optional. A mind and heart that is healed from trauma helps us forgo the suffering, allowing big and small losses to wizen and heal. We are freed to be more fully alive as we handle our relationships and transitions of our lives with greater ease. This is the basis of my work and the foundation of my success in helping people change their lives - to grow into the lives they’ve dreamed of.
